Abstract
Circulating plasma protein fractions in chloroform poisoned rabbits.
The effect of chloroform poisonning on the plasma protein of rabbits was investigated. The resuis obtained were as follows:
1. The decrease of albumin and fibrinogen, the increase of α, , β and γ-globulin were observed.
2. It was cleared by the estimation of the circulating plasma protein fractions that the decrease of A/G ratio was not due to the decrease of albumin, but was due to the increase of globulin fraction.
