31. 脳血管攣縮に対するPyridine derivative (OKY-1581) の効果

抄録

Experimental cerebral vasospasm was produced by an intracisternal injection of fresh autogenous arterial blood in the dog. The changes of caliber of basilar artery, regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF), mean arterial blood pressure (MBP), and pulse rate (PR) at 30 torr of PaCO₂ were examined during a continuous intravenous infusion of OKY-1581, a pyridine derivative, a selective inhibitor of thromboxane A₂ synthesis.
No significant changes were founded in caliber of basilar artery, MBP, and PR of normal and spastic animals by OKY-1581 infusion at 20 or 50 μg/kg/min for 1 and 2 hrs. The mean rCBF increased significantly in spastic animals when OKY-1581 was infused at 20 or 50μg/kg/min for 2 hrs. It would be suggested that OKY-1581 infusion might improve symptomatic cerebral vasospasm.
