Objective: Select the issues of visualization of management, and to propose the measures.
Background: Although many companies facilitate the decision-making by implementation of managerial accounting and visualization management, they have some issues.
Methods: To select the issues of visualization management, carry out by the preceding studies, practice and questionnaires. In addition, we discussed these effects.
Result: The decision-making for the uncertain Research and Development investment is difficult, and the discretion management of the workplace is required. To avoid the judgment of ambiguous human-made for the investment, we should incorporate the management policy.
Conclusions: We propose that the bootlegging with visualization management incorporate to avoid the human-made.
