The industry of our country shifts to service industry. Shift toward Service of the manufacturing industry is advancing. When market(customer) buys a product, the market to expects the solution tothe problem of one's company. Repair and maintenance after the sale will become important to manufacturing industry in the future. Then service contents solving the problems of the customer will become most important in the future.
In this paper the author suggests that one’s company must get predominance in QCD of the service to get predominance by competition in the business. The Q( Quality) of the service matches the expectation of the customer and then gives a customer satisfaction. The C(Cost) of the service provide at the price that a customer expects and then A company and the both sides of the customer make a profit. The D(Delivery) of the service perform quickly and surely. Service of the manufacturing industry will be becoming it faster more and more in the future. It is to give highly the QCD level of the service to keep competition predominance in such a business environment.
