The product and the process architecture of the white LED (Light Emitting Diode) industry which the rapid market expansion follows were investigated and analyzed, and the following was clarified. The process architecture is a modular type although the product architecture of a white LED package is an integral type. Moreover, although the product architecture of a white LED light apparatus is a modular type, each class, such as, an LED package, a LED tip, and a sapphire substrate which are located in the upper stream side, is an integral type. From now on, the investigation and analysis of the organizational ability and industrial geography of Chinese LED manufacturing which is the world's largest country of production are added to the analysis result of the architecture of these white LED industries, and it will connect to the proposal of the international management strategy of white LED industry.
