Abstract

In recent years, system development companies are required to submit RFP by user companies, before receiving orders of system development. In the upper process of system development, we have some process such as RFP, feasibility study and requirement definition. I realize that these processes are not parted clearly and the staff obeyed system development has been really confused. The purpose of this research is to analyze why RFI, RFP and RFQ have been required since a few years ago, by mentioning the recent situation of system development, clarify the difference in RFI, RFP, RFQ, feasibility study and requirement definition and raise problems that may occur therein.
