Strategy follows Investment

―A Case of a Karaoke Firm in Japan―

Abstract

　This study points out that the process of strategy making could be affected by investment policy. The famous ward of "organization follow strategy" by A. D. Chandler is revisited in this paper. Moreover, we can see some parts of answer to "Why did PASERA take a unique strategy?" and why some companies make unique strategy in general. From this point of view, theoretical issue and also managerial issue will be discussed.
