Abstract

　In recent years, working way reform has become a big topic, but the countermeasures are left to the enterprise, is not it a situation where trial and error is being done? Management thinks that it wants to secure profits as before, after reducing overtime hours as a way of working. To that end, it is necessary to improve work productivity. The purpose of this research is to focus on the meetings frequently held by companies and to promote commoditization by eliminating waste by using conservative thinking as a means of simplifying operations.
