About the Development of RPA in the Office Work

Abstract

　In recent years, the development of artificial intelligence has been phenomenal and has attracted attention around the world. There is ample potential for future work and the possibility of redefining work. In Japan, efforts are being made for the use of artificial intelligence, with no gap between the private sector, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, and local governments and regional banks are seriously introducing them. The purpose of this study is to consider the influence of the development of artificial intelligence on the industrial world. This paper discusses the future trends of the effects of artificial intelligence on the industrial world, taking office work automation as an example.
