In recent years, the introduction of RPA has been rapidly increasing in companies and local governments. However, as the adoption progresses, problems have emerged. However, if a problem occurs when you move it, and you deal with it later, you will repeat the same mistakes that you made when you introduced the past information system. It is out of the question that overtime will increase despite the adoption of work style reform as a trump card. However, there are various limitations to what can be done with the current level of RPA, and it has been pointed out that the expected improvement effect has not been seen. The purpose of this research is to explain IPA for realizing innovation beyond the limits of RPA, and to clarify the methods to achieve the goals of improving efficiency, profitability and innovation.
