Abstract
The 20th ITS World Congress will be held in Tokyo in October, 2013. It is said that the 1st stage of ITS of our country began from the Yokohama meeting. Then, it is said that it went into the 2nd stage from the Nagoya meeting, and it continues till the present. It is expected that ITS of our country improves in a next-generation stage ignited by this Tokyo meeting. Nine years have passed since the Nagoya meeting. At this Tokyo meeting we would like to explain the activities in which the local government is constructing the new traffic society by utilizing nextgeneration ITS.[This abstract is not included in the PDF]
