Proposal of container method for push-operation during emergency logistics

Abstract

In this paper, we proposed the emergency logistic transportation for effective operations in terms of emergency logistics. The proposal is used the combination of the set bag of delivered goods and the transportation method using containers. As a result, by preparing evacuator set bags in advance, sorting is unnecessary, it is unnecessary to carry heavy cardboard boxes, and special skills and equipment are also unnecessary. Regarding the transportation of emergency materials, the public assistance such as voluntary disaster prevention organizations and fire brigades can be utilized for the emergency logistics transportation. And as the result of calculating the number of containers for the number of refugees in the 2016 Kumamoto earthquake disaster, it showed that it was able to cover the supplies with containers set in Kumamoto prefecture.
