Abstract
Since the synthesis gas with H2:CO=2:1 is obatined in CH4 partial oxidation, CH4 partial oxidation is expecting as the primary reaction for converting CH4 to liquid fuels. However, pure oxygen is essentially requested for this reaction. In this study, oxygen permeation property of Pr2NiO4 with doping excess amount of Ga. It was found that the extremely high oxygen permeation rate is achieved on Pr2Ni0.75Cu0.25Ga0.05O4 from air to He. In addition, further higher oxygen permeation rate is achieved on Pr2Ni0.75Cu0.25Ga0.07O4 under CH4 partial oxidation condition.
