Since the synthesis gas with H
2:CO=2:1 is obatined in CH
4 partial oxidation, CH
4 partial oxidation is expecting as the primary reaction for converting CH
4 to liquid fuels. However, pure oxygen is essentially requested for this reaction. In this study, oxygen permeation property of Pr
2NiO
4 with doping excess amount of Ga. It was found that the extremely high oxygen permeation rate is achieved on Pr
2Ni
0.75Cu
0.25Ga
0.05O
4 from air to He. In addition, further higher oxygen permeation rate is achieved on Pr
2Ni
0.75Cu
0.25Ga
0.07O
4 under CH
4 partial oxidation condition.
