The present status and future image of the world offshore oil development

Abstract

It is necessary to watch closely the fundamentals of the supply and demand, the access to oil resources, technical innovation, infrastructure, geopolitics, and an economic condition to understand ″the global status of the offshore oil field″. The current movement and the position of Japan on the global offshore oil development will be discussed.
