Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the current state of in-service training on elementary school foreign language education and the awareness of teachers and attempt to develop an in-school training program aimed for reducing teachers’ teaching anxiety. The findings of this research revealed that the experience-based training program exhibited some degree of effect on reducing teaching anxiety.
