Abstract

In addition to the basic knowledge on traps of which bottom forms a right angle reported formerly, this study intoroduces the evaluation method for natural frequency of seal in traps of which bottom forms a round shape, or its cross sectional shape of legs is not fixed. Subsequently the evaluation method for natural frequency of seal in traps generally used is fundamentally considerd.
