Abstract
With the aim of developing a high performance, hybrid air-conditioning system driven by low temperature waste heat, assessment and fundamental studies were performed on the following key technologies: demonstration of a hybrid cycle made up of absorption and compression cycles. Since the heat source of the absorption cycle is supplied as 60℃ hot water, single effect cycle cannot be operated. Moreover, there is no actual example such a hybrid cycle. In this paper, we report that these subjects were solved and we succeeded in the demonstration of the hybrid cycle.
