Abstract
Oasis 21 consists of planted park, semi basement open space and glazed roof with water pond. Oasis 21 has unparalleled feature in not only appearance and space design, but also environmental engineering aspect: shading effect by water pond, ventilating effect by shape of the space and relaxation effect of heat island phenomenon by planted park and water pond. So, we investigate this building at summer, autumn and winter in 2003, by measuring temperature and humidity, wind direction and velocity, radiant flux, sensible and latent heat flux at all round of this building. These papers are compilation of analysis results of measurement from three points of view. This paper: Partl presents radiant environment with operative temperature containing short and long wave-band radiation, especially shading effect of solar pond caused by spectral selectivity at near infrared region.
