B-46 Architectual Environment Design and Information System : Part 1. Outline of Project : Network Based Building Management System

Abstract

In order to reconcile a resident's comfort, and preservation of global environment and energy saving, Life Cycle Management (LCM) of building facility attracts attention, and introduction is advanced. In this research, the following themes about the management system are setting up aimed to establishment of the evaluation technique in LCM, and establishment using the open network of an information gathering system. 1) Research on optimization of LCM. 2) Research for realization of collaboration environment between people who engaged LCM. 3) Research on harmony with an area of LCM, and a contribution to an area. Moreover, practical use of the detection data and network technology in a building were examined.
