Abstract
Recently, open networking technology of a building environment and energy management system is advanced. The standard protocol such as BACnet or LonTalk protocol is used for these systems. It comes to be able to obtain various operation data of apparatus than before. Therefore, it is expected that the limits of data sharing and the method of using data will become much more important in the future. In this research, as initial examination of this data utilization, questionnaire was performed and the problem in the present building management was clarified. Then, a new method of searching out illegal operation with using data from building environment and energy management system network is proposed.
