This paper introduces an environmental conscious office building with several new technologies such as under floor air-conditioning through entire room floor surface, dynamic ice storage system with ice/water transportation, building thermal mass storage, hybrid ventilation, outdoor cooling, CO2 ventilation control, lighting control with illumination sensor, web-base building automation system, and so on.
