Abstract
Tokyo Metropolitan Government planed to establish a world wide IT hub. Corresponding to its idea to follow the business style revolution and social climate changes, Akihabara Daibiru was constructed with a high-speed and high quality broadband information network at a low-cost, integrating BA (building Automation) and OA (Office Automation) network with IP protocol. This building was designed to achieve a new building specification with BOA network system that is suitable for IT age and to supply an attractive building service for tenant with it.
