Abstract
This paper analyzes energy comsumption and conservation of a GHP system. Two methods are used to predicted energy comsumption, both of which are based on regression models. The first model uses measured operated a data to fit the model coefficients, for example outdoor air temperature. The second model uses catalog data to fit coefficients.Measured data model and catalog model accuracy are about 0.4% and 40% respectively. In order to improve the energy efficiency of the GHP system, the indoor unit operation control algorithm is changed from individual operation to simultaneous operation. The results show that the simultaneous operation can reduce 50% of energy consumption com-pared with individual operation.
