This paper reports the function and performance of chair mounted isothermal airflow generator system 2004 model. The unit 2003 model was improved and simplified, therefore the amount of the blowing power have been improved. About 30% of the airflow has increased and the fan installed it directly in the chair. It experimented indoors by 16 adult persons and the TSV and CSV were investigated under the assumption of the temperature of the summer office(30℃ 50%RH).
