E-39 CFD Analysis on Exhaust System for Electrical Commercial Kitchen : Part 3. Analysis on the Ceiling Ventilation System

Abstract

In this paper, the indoor thermal environment of the kitchen with the ceiling ventilation system in all electrical center of providing school lunch was examined by the CFD analysis. The accuracy of the simulations was verified by the comparison of the air temperature results of measurements and simulations, and the distributions of airflow, temperature and relative humidity were examined under the supply air treated with the outside air treatment unit.
