Abstract
This report shows the results of analyses on the use of kitchen equipments, from the viewpoint of time series. It is found that the use of kitchen equipments, such as starting and stopping time of equipments, time length of operating and so on, depends on the configuration of equipments in each center. Based on cumulative frequency distribution, some kinds of kitchen equipments have characteristics that they are almost never used with high output power at the same time.
