F-32 Part 2 Verification of The Energy-saving Effect by BEMS Practical Use In The Roppongi Hills Mori Tower

Abstract

The BA system of the Roppongi Hills Mori Tower is the large-scale multi-vendor open network system. As the benefits of using open network system, the example of BEMS which evaluates energy-saving, and commissioning (performance verification) of automatic control is introduced. This paper describes analysis energy-saving effect based on the actual operation data for one year.
