This research is to understand the realities of energy use for the houses in semi-cold district, and to contribute to the development of highly effective equipments. The measurement investigation was done for ten houses around Matsumoto city in Nagano Prefecture. The report has shown the actual results of the running cost according to the usages and according to the energy sources.
