A-20 Investigation of the Disposer Drainage System on Super High-rise Apartment : A Simple Total Result and the Amount Measurement Result of Kitchen Garbage

Abstract

We have done an investigation and a survey on usage frequency, amount of kitchen garbage, and user1s satisfaction valuation of the disposer drainage system at a super high-rise apartment. As result, residents who mainly eat at home use the disposer 2.6 times a day, where those who mainly eat out use the disposer once per two days. Most of the people uses the disposer for approximately 20 seconds each time, and was concentrated at night time. The satisfactory rate of the system was as high as 65%. However, the noise and vibration were the main factors of the dissatisfaction.
