B-6 Study on the Evaluation Method for Performance of an Unitary Air-conditioner in the Actual Conditions : Evaluating the Heat Flux from the Outdoor Unit

Abstract

The performance of an unitary air-conditioner is evaluated by JIS or JRA rules. However, the tests are done in static condition, and the actual performance is not evaluated. These false estimates produce a different anticipation of future energy consumption or waste heat contamination. In this paper, an easy method for actual performance evaluation is studied, and discussed the way of a method from outdoor unit.
