Abstract
Continuous measurement has been carried out on an environmental conscious office building since it's completion in Oct. 2003. The operational data for two years are analyzed and shown in this paper. The result shows the amount of annual electric consumption, thermal load, primary energy consumption per square meters, town gas and water consumption were the similar level in fiscal year of 2004 and 2005. Thus, it is shown that the energy conservation in operation has been kept in a good condition. The initial target that the LCCO2 is 35 percent lower than the ordinary office building is achieved.
