Abstract
In recent years, air-flow window/double skin facade and built-in automatically controlled blinds has been used in office spaces. This study shows a method for determining off-set angle of the blind slat based on discomfort glare. Also, a method is shown to calculate threshold of outside illuminance which can distinguish sky conditions. Visibility of the outside view through blinds is evaluated.
