OS-8 Guidelines for Open Network Technology of BEMS for Air Conditioning Application(Part 1) : Purpose of the Research and the Trend of Open Network Technology of BEMS

Abstract

IT development has brought an outstanding progress to open network technology of BEMS. Since 2004 April, "Association of Building Management Systems, subcommittee of creation of guidelines for Network Building Facilities" has carried out a study about open network technology of BEMS, and has focused on application for air conditioning control. Open network technology of BEMS, being widely used and standardized, has becoming more familiar and necessary. This organized session reports our results in eight parts.
