Abstract

It is very difficult to grasp about thermal load and energy consumption in each Tenant. In this case, we could investigate about actual conditions of thermal load and energy consumption energy about air-conditioning system in all tenants using the data which can get with an automatic control system. Additionally, we evaluated about indoor environment in the typical tenant at the same time. In this paper, we report the result of study about characteristic of thermal load and energy consumption of all tenants in the building and the difference between actual conditions of each tenant.
