In the Hotel New Otani, there are many types of energy saving facilities, that make a large system mainly on CGS. We continued the evaluation of CGS, and got energy saving, and cost-saving. In this paper, we conducted an investigation into the results and LCC of CGS for a long term of 15 years and arranged it. In addition, we performed recent evaluation of CGS and the driving method except CGS confirmed that they could reduce CO2 emission of 10.8%.
