D-67 Approach for integrated evaluation method of the regional energy system : Part 1 Outline of the evaluation method focusing activities for efficiency enhancement of the system introduction

Abstract

To evaluate the regional energy system, the outline of approach was shown in this paper. This approach is focusing on to evaluate activities for efficiency enhancement of the system introduction. In addition, this approach is developed compared with previous other studies in Japan. Through this study, requirements to classify into the evaluation phase and to classify the position of evaluators were presented. As the result, 5 of evaluation indexes and 14 of evaluation objects were assigned.
