Abstract
The objective of this study is to develop the system that controls preset temperature of air conditioning system by using occupants' thermal sensation with Building Consensus Logic that balances the requests (want warmer, want cooler) of occupants and energy consumption in office building. This paper presents the results of surveys about occupants' thermal sensation and adaptation the concerted system to two office buildings. The actual percentage of the requests were often more high value than calculated PPD, especially at about 1<PMV in summer (requests are almost want cooler) and at about PMV<0.5 in winter (almost want warmer). When the concerted system was adapted to office building, preset temperature was controlled by consensus building in summer but was not controlled in winter.
