Abstract
The aim of this research is to verify an indoor environment of building in Ulaanbaatar city. We have two target buildings to compare results on case whether there has connected with the lifeline. One is an apartment building, which was built under system of Soviet Union in the old socialism time. Other is a self-building house, which was built by residents, in the Ger area. Mainly we used basic methods those are measurement survey and hearing survey. The results are as follows; (1) The indoor environment of the apartment building has high difference among each buildings and dry condition, therefore we are anxious about the influence on health. (2) We think Heating wall has predominance to improve energy efficiency by the thermal storage effect in the self-building house.
