Abstract
In order to decrease the energy consumption in housing, various energy saving measures have been contrived. However, they may not be always applied to all housing types. In this paper, the actual condition of energy consumption in housing and the diffusion rate of highly air-tight and insulated house are cleaned up, and the differences of energy-saving measure between detached house and multiple dwelling house which should be considered in the future are discussed.
