Abstract
There occur various troubles and complaints about the construction & maintenance for the building facilities. Generally these supports and Correspondences entrust by makers or constructional manufacturers . However there was not the standardized guideline for building facilities before we made this guideline. So in this paper, we propose the guideline of complaint/emergency correspondence for building facilities. Especially, we show these methods & key-points for supporting quickly. Moreover it propose about complaint/emergency correspondence for building facilities in the future.
