Abstract
In this paper, we present the summary about the necessity of complaint・risk evading manual for renewal construction. First, it shows to occur causes of these troubles and necessity of risk evading. Next, it examines the variety of renewal construction and the size of risks. The third, it presents the method of risk evading manual for renewal construction.This paper has emphasized the importance of having the complaint ・risk evading manual for renewalconstruction.
