Abstract
This paper reports on the following two matters. First, the worker's requirements for the thermal environment were investigated. A comfortable thermal environment was seemed to have been provided. However, the requirements for "too hot" and "too cold" from the workers were still asked. Second, the corresponding methods that the building maintenance managers have been carried out are reported. These two invaluable research estimates were hardly made public. In this investigation, the corresponding methods that the building maintenance managers have been executed were recognized that it is highly important at the operation phase.
