Abstract
Necessity of HVAC simulation is rising because of new needs such as ESCO and HVAC Commissioning. Moreover, an ordinary operating scheme is not necessarily optimum for systems composed of equipments with peculiar characteristic like a inverter turbo chiller that appeared in recent years. In this reason we developed a simulation tool with a function to search for optimum operation conditions for heat source systems. In this report the outline of the simulation tool is introduced.
