F-61 The study on adapting Commissioning Process to the energy performance of the existing building

Abstract

This study has aimed to maintain the energy performance of the existing building properly. We arranged Retro-commissioning process and the difference between the target value and the measurement value of the energy performance was clarified with LCEM tool, and the technique that clarified the effect of the improvement was arranged. It applied to an actual building, and utility was confirmed.
