F-60 Study on the Performance of Shut-off of Outdoor Air Invasion by the Side-blow Air Curtain System : Part 3. Efficiency of shut off invasion of outdoor air and Validity Examination of Simulation

Abstract

The efficiency of shut off invasion was calculated from the results of experiment by actual machine. In the case of operation with the side-blow air curtain, efficiency of shut off invasion rose higher than the case of the air curtain was stopped. Additionally, compared with the results of simulation by CFD, difference from ones of experiments was a little and the validity of simulation was confirmed.
