B-24 Study on Evaluation and Assessment Method of Area Energy and Environment Efficiency : Estimation of an Index for Productivity on Energy and Factor in a DHC Area

Abstract

In this paper "Productivity on Energy" defined based on a general idea of "factor" is discussed. And some cases of estimation of an index for evaluation of "Productivity on Energy" are performed in a District Heating and Cooling area. Index changes according to variables such as site planning, performance of energy system, amenity of the interior and exterior, and activity of the area. From results of estimation it is shown that index is available for energy and environmental evaluation in urban block areas.
