A-35 An Experimental Study on the Method of Loading Waste Water with Detergent : Characteristics of Discharge from Washing Machines and of Air Pressure in a Stack

Abstract

The method of loading waste water with detergent was amended in SHASE-S218-2008, "Testing Methods of Flow Capacity for Drainage System in Apartment Houses". In this study we experimented and confirmed the characteristic of drain water from washing machines and the characteristic of the air pressure that was observed in the special drainage fitting system during discharging water with several kinds of commercially available detergents.
