Abstract

The effects of energy conservation by using Drag Reducing Additive depends on the design and operation of the water transfer system, and it is a lot of trouble to evaluate the effects. The previous paper reported the way to evaluate the economic effects of energy conservation speedily in the first stage of the business such as ESCO. This paper reports the example of the empirical business contents and the problem solution technique, mainly on the field work that it is hard to express quantitatively.
