Abstract
In this paper, as one of the commissioning tools, we developed the control method which optimizes the cool and hot water transportation energy. This control method is used for two-stages pumps system whose second pump has the inverter. The control method utilizes the surplus head of the first pump to the load-side flow, and the invert output of the second pump falls. As the result, the energy of the second pump can be reduced. We interpret the control method, and verified the energy saving effect with it.
